A few weeks ago we had an awesome full-day photoshoot with Griffin Garner Media and the help of a whole team of “horse girls”!! 🙌📸 The absolute highlight of the day was seeing this mare lineup before individual shoots (even if the mares, all queens in their own right, were not as impressed 😆 the humans thought it was pretty cool). Pictured are 7 of our purebred Akhal-Teke mares. In order with their origins: Bakhor Mele (Moscow), Sikyrly-Dacor (Kazakhstan), MV Manlayli (Colorado), Gurlesmek (on lease from Emery Rhodes, Washington), Hibiscus (Ontario), Gulbabek-Dacor (Kazakhstan), and Badam-Dacor (Kazakhstan). It was a humbling honor to know this was probably the most Akhal-Teke mares in one place in the mountain region, certainly in Colorado.
